THEORIES: This also does exist, though it was never released commercially. One theory as to why is that this would have meant it arrived in shops around the same time as Princess Diana's death following a car crash (29 Aug. 1997), and EMI felt that releasing it would have been in poor taste. No word on how many copies were, in fact, pressed.
